Priya Nair
Priya combines a background in mechanical engineering with a trial lawyer’s instincts, making her formidable in product-liability and complex-injury litigation.
Background.
Before law school, Priya Nair worked as a mechanical engineer — a background that makes her uniquely effective in product-liability and machinery-injury cases, where proving a design defect is everything. She reads the schematics herself and knows when a manufacturer’s expert is bluffing.
Priya has helped secure some of the firm’s largest product and workplace results, and she leads its discovery strategy in document-intensive cases. She is fluent in Hindi and conversational in Spanish, and runs the firm’s bilingual intake program.
